I actually started this alongside The Extreme, then set it aside once I started getting more into that. I would’ve finished this right after getting done with The Extreme but I got tied up with some work that took up literally all my time for the last few weeks.
I realised only quite late that I could just use a clarinet to imitate the lead in sheet 1 perfectly, but in the end I just went with not trying to match the timbre of the original instruments exactly. Also in making this I discovered that for some reason the electric guitar sounds different depending on whether it’s panned left or right. I’m a bit sick of this one, actually, I initially started it just because I wanted to use the Alpha Guitar for the aggressive bassline, but after listening to it over and over now it just sounds murky. Ah well.

That’s really good! Very similar to the original. (Although maybe the sitars could have been a bit louder?)

Complaints:
A) Read the forum rules please hands a handbook
On page 892.32 Section 24 Article IIIIIIIIIVVVVXXXXXQQQWERTYLOL, subsection ZZX, it says you need mod approval to make your own thread.
If your gonna make your own thread, please don’t title it for your only song.
C) You need around 5 or so songs for your own thread also
(This is to keep song threads in check)
D) Some parts (like the drum beginning) were definitely off, but nevertheless still well done
E) The ocarina arpeggio (or whatever it is) was definitely TOO LOUD, I would recommend turning it down to like 150% or something atleast.
Despite all that your very good and I hope to see more. But your gonna get locked and even deleted probably, so I would hurry up and read this
Also to new mods:
In all future cases like this, locking the thread shouldn’t be the course of action. What should be done is what I have done called “merging posts.” For those who don’t know, to merge all of the posts in a new thread to an existing thread, go to the quick mod tools and select “merge posts,” or “merge topic” if that’s available. Then you need to click the “select topic for merge” button near the top, and select the appropriate thread (in this case, “Vidya Games”), by clicking “select for merge.” Make sure all of the posts are selected (not necessary in the case you click “merge topic”), then click the “submit” button, then when you are prompted, the “yes” button.
Afterwards, send the user a pm asking him/her to read the rules and abide by them, asking for a reply as well. If you think it’s necessary, you can give the user a warning to mark the user for later review if he/she acts up again. The reasoning for this is that the forum will cease to be clogged by single post threads that slow down the forum, and the original user and other users can comment on the song, which usually isn’t too bad, such as in this case. That is all.
