SP?
I had no problem with hm really, it was a bit dissappointing. but then again, I did have a team made almost intirely of OU pokes (i.e. ampharos, tyranitar, dragonite)

I have a team of mid 60s-mid 70s right now. I have a bunch of OU as well as my starter (Typhlosion). I’m just gonna battle the E4 over and over till their all late 70s and up. It should only be a week or so at the most.
I heard that pikachu was level 82… IF not, they are still all 70’s, I think.
I know what his team is. His Pikachu is lvl 88, not 82. I battled him before just for lulz to see how I’d do (team in the late 50s) and I KO’d Pikachu and that’s it.
I always use a single pokemon in the game, so I’m overleveled for ea single pokemon, but it still is somewhat hard.
How do you only use 1 Poke in the game? That takes the fun out of it.
Tch… just going around with one lvl 100 gets pretty boring… i like to go around and pwn everything with my pokemons lvls being 10 levels lower… it keeps you on the edge for every second, and it forces you to atleast be able to predict the computer very well!

Lol my friend told me that if I beat the E4 100 times, the guy in Vermilion City (with his Machop) would build a gym for me. I got bored after 7 times.
@fish I was only at level 65 give or take, probably take, a level or two when I challenged him. Easy, as long as you have a tank-ish thing.

you shouldnt have any problem. you may die once because he spams blizzard, but that depends on criticals.
Ampharos is my love. She has an insanely high Sp Atk (220+) and her HP/Sp Def is decent enough to take a few hits. She is easily the strongest member of my team, being able to take down all of my team members (I played out each battle in my head). I think she can take Red’s Pikachu, Charizard, Blastoise, and Lapras with no problems. She has nothing to get Venasaur with, and his Snorlax is a big load of bulk (but may be easier than I think). Venasaur can be manhandled by either Typhlosion’s Eruption, Togekiss’s Extrasensory, or Starmie’s Ice Beam and I’ll let Dragonite take care of Snorlax (because she wouldn’t have done anything), which can most likely be done with ease, considering it has Outrage w/ Dragon Fang, and an above average Att IMO.
Oh, and today, my Starmie swept the new Lance all by itself. OHKO’d everything.
yeah, lance chose altaria over flygon, and a freakin charizard instead of say KINGDRA. hes retarded and sucks at pokemon, thats why he uses AR.
Yeah, when I saw Altaria I was like, “WTF? Why Lance, why do you gotta?” because it was a dumb choice. It doesn’t matter for me because I still could OHKO a Flygon. But if he swapped Altaria for Kingdra (which has only a weakness to Dragon), I’d have to use Dragonite (which wouldn’t take long either).

Starmie was lvl 67 when I first swept him. I thought I was gonna need my pride and joy (Ampharos), so I revived her (she suffered a devastating blow against Karen’s Umbreon while in the confused state, and her Houndoom finished her off ), but she wasn’t needed. Now I’m gonna try with Dragonite later.
